AnnaBardos.com is operated by Anna Bardos, trading as AB SmartServe Enterprise, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and serving clients worldwide. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and the choices available to you.
Most of what this site knows about you is what you choose to share. The contact form collects your name, email address, and the project details you provide — company, website, country, desired start date, service needed, estimated budget, project description, and how you found this site — so your enquiry can be reviewed and responded to. The review form asks for similar details (name, job title, company, country, email, website or LinkedIn, project completion date, service used, star rating, and review text), along with your explicit permission before anything is published. In the current implementation, this information is saved only in your own browser and is not transmitted to AnnaBardos.com — see "Cookies and local browser storage" below. If a review is published, the email address associated with it is never displayed publicly.
Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry. Information submitted through the review form is intended to be used, once received, to consider it for publication with your permission — though under the current implementation, AnnaBardos.com does not receive that information through the form itself (see below). Nothing submitted through these forms is sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
This site does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other analytics or tracking tool. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what's collected and how to opt out, before the change goes live.
This site does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Your browser's local storage is used for two things: remembering your light/dark theme preference, and, if you submit a review, saving the details of that submission. In the current implementation, review submissions are saved only in your own browser's local storage and are not transmitted to AnnaBardos.com. Nothing stored this way is shared with third parties. See the Cookie Policy page for more detail.
This site relies on a small number of service providers to operate. Cloudflare hosts the site, provides the Turnstile challenge used to help block spam on the contact and review forms, and runs the function that processes contact form submissions. Resend is used to deliver contact form enquiries by email. These providers may process technical information, such as your IP address, as part of delivering their service, under their own privacy policies. No other third-party service has been identified in the current website implementation as processing information submitted through these forms.
Contact form enquiries are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and manage the enquiry, and are deleted once no longer needed. Review submissions, in the current implementation, are held only in your own browser's local storage — AnnaBardos.com does not receive or retain a copy through the review form itself. A review that does appear on the site is kept for as long as it remains published or until you request its removal. This site does not commit to a fixed retention period beyond what's reasonably necessary for these purposes.
Reasonable measures are taken to protect information submitted through this site, including relying on established, reputable providers for hosting, spam protection, and email delivery. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
This site is operated from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and welcomes visitors from around the world. If you're visiting from outside Malaysia, information you submit may be processed by the service providers described above, which may operate in other countries.
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights over personal information you've provided to this site — for example, asking what's held, correcting it, or requesting its deletion. To exercise any of these, where applicable, contact hello@annabardos.com.
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This site links to external destinations, such as LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn't cover them.
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect how the site actually works. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
